第72/2011號行政長官公告
納米比亞共和國政府與中華人民共和國政府以換文方式就納米比亞共和國駐香港特別行政區名譽領事館領區擴大至澳門特別行政區達成協議。按照中央人民政府的命令，行政長官根據澳門特別行政區第3/1999號法律第六條第一款的規定，命令公佈納米比亞共和國政府照會的英文正式文本及中華人民共和國政府照會的中文正式文本。
上述協議自二零零零年八月十八日起生效。
二零一一年十月十二日發佈。

The Embassy of the Republic of Namibia in China presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, and with reference to the latter’s Note Bu Ling Wu Zi No. 4 of 30 January 1997 on the agreement between the Government of the Republic of Namibia and the Government of the People’s Republic of China on the maintenance by the Republic of Namibia of its honourary consulate in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, has the honour to seek the consent of the Government of the People’s Republic of China to extend the consular district of the Honourary Consulate of the Republic of Namibia in Hong Kong to the Macao Special Administrative Region.
The Embassy of the Republic of Namibia avails itself of this opportunity to renew to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China the assurances of its highest consideration.

中華人民共和國外交部向納米比亞共和國駐華大使館致意，並榮幸地收到大使館二○○○年八月九日照會，內容如下：
“納米比亞共和國駐華大使館向中華人民共和國外交部致意，並謹根據外交部一九九七年一月三十日（97）部領五字第4號照會關於納米比亞共和國與中華人民共和國就納米比亞共和國在香港特別行政區保留名譽領事館協議事，謹代表納米比亞共和國政府尋求中華人民共和國政府同意納米比亞駐香港特別行政區名譽領事館領區擴大至澳門特別行政區。”
中華人民共和國外交部謹代表中華人民共和國政府確認，同意上述照會內容。
