第25/2003號行政命令

行政長官行使《澳門特別行政區基本法》第五十條(四)項規定的職權,並按照八月七日第36/95/M號法令第九條第三款的規定,發佈本行政命令。

第一條

核准

核准《澳門空中航行規章》(下稱《航空規章》),該規章的英文文本附於本行政命令公佈。

第二條

定期更新

一、民航局基於航空運輸的安全理由,對《航空規章》進行必要的技術性更新。

二、上款所指的技術性更新內容必須遵守,且應在兩年內載入《航空規章》,並將該規章公佈。

第三條

推廣

民航局應採取必要措施,將《航空規章》及其技術性更新內容向《航空規章》所規範的對象,尤其是可能使用澳門國際機場者作適當及長期推廣。

第四條

以正式語文公佈

《航空規章》的文本,須於兩年內以澳門特別行政區的正式語文公佈。

第五條

廢止

廢止:

(一)八月七日第227/95/M號訓令核准的《澳門空中航行規章》,該規章的中、葡文文本按一九九九年八月三日第115/GM/99號批示的命令公佈於一九九九年八月十六日第三十三期《政府公報》第一組

(二)十二月二十六日第327/95/M號訓令

生效

本行政命令自公佈翌日起生效。
