第25/2003號行政命令
行政長官行使《澳門特別行政區基本法》第五十條（四）項規定的職權，並按照八月七日第36/95/M號法令第九條第三款的規定，發佈本行政命令。
第一條
核准
核准《澳門空中航行規章》（下稱《航空規章》），該規章的英文文本附於本行政命令公佈。
第二條
定期更新
一、民航局基於航空運輸的安全理由，對《航空規章》進行必要的技術性更新。
二、上款所指的技術性更新內容必須遵守，且應在兩年內載入《航空規章》，並將該規章公佈。
第三條
推廣
民航局應採取必要措施，將《航空規章》及其技術性更新內容向《航空規章》所規範的對象，尤其是可能使用澳門國際機場者作適當及長期推廣。
第四條
以正式語文公佈
《航空規章》的文本，須於兩年內以澳門特別行政區的正式語文公佈。
第五條
廢止
廢止：
（一）八月七日第227/95/M號訓令核准的《澳門空中航行規章》，該規章的中、葡文文本按一九九九年八月三日第115/GM/99號批示的命令公佈於一九九九年八月十六日第三十三期《政府公報》第一組；
（二）十二月二十六日第327/95/M號訓令。
第六條
生效
本行政命令自公佈翌日起生效。
