按照中央人民政府的命令，行政長官根據澳門特別行政區第3/1999號法律第六條第一款的規定，命令公佈印度尼西亞共和國與中華人民共和國以換文方式就印度尼西亞共和國駐香港總領事館領區擴大至澳門特別行政區達成的協議（以下簡稱“協議”），即二零零八年三月三日的照會的英文正式文本及相應的中、葡文譯本，以及二零零八年三月十七日的照會的中文正式文本及相應的葡文譯本。
上述協議自二零零八年三月十七日起於全國生效。

“The Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia in Beijing presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, has the honour to request the confirmation of the agreement of the Government of the People’s Republic of China on the extension of the jurisdiction of the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to include Macao Special Administrative Region.
Should the Embassy receive a note of confirmation on the above matter from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on behalf of the Government of the People’s Republic of China, this note and the reply note of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China will constitute an agreement between the two countries and shall come into force as of the date of the reply note.

如蒙外交部代表中華人民共和國政府覆照確認，本照會和外交部覆照將構成兩國之間的一項協議，並自外交部覆照之日起生效。

‘印度尼西亞共和國駐華大使館向中華人民共和國外交部致意，並謹代表印度尼西亞共和國政府請中華人民共和國政府確認同意將印度尼西亞共和國駐香港特別行政區總領事館的領區擴大至澳門特別行政區。
如蒙外交部代表中華人民共和國政府覆照確認，本照會和外交部覆照將構成兩國之間的一項協議，並自外交部覆照之日起生效。’
中華人民共和國外交部謹代表中華人民共和國政府確認，同意上述照會內容。
