第16/2008號行政長官公告
按照中央人民政府的命令，行政長官根據澳門特別行政區第3/1999號法律第六條第一款的規定，命令公佈新加坡共和國與中華人民共和國以換文方式就新加坡共和國駐香港總領事館領區擴大至澳門特別行政區達成的協議（以下簡稱“協議”），即二零零八年一月十一日的照會的英文正式文本及相應的中、葡文譯本，以及二零零八年一月二十一日的照會的中文正式文本及相應的葡文譯本。
上述協議自二零零八年一月二十一日起於全國生效。
二零零八年六月三日發佈。

Note of the Republic of Singapore,
of 11 January 2008
“(…)
The Embassy of the Republic of Singapore presents its compliments to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and, on behalf of the Government of the Republic of Singapore, has the honor to request the Government of the People’s Republic of China to agree to extend the consular district of the Consulate-General of the Republic of Singapore in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region to include the Macao Special Administrative Region.
If the above is confirmed in a note of reply by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on behalf of the Government of the People’s Republic of China, the present note and the note of reply shall form an agreement between the two countries and shall enter into force on the date of the note of reply.

新加坡共和國二OO八年一月十一日照會

新加坡共和國駐華大使館向中華人民共和國外交部致意，並謹代表新加坡共和國政府請中華人民共和國政府同意新加坡共和國駐香港總領事館領區擴大至澳門特別行政區。
如蒙外交部代表中華人民共和國政府覆照確認，本照會和外交部覆照將構成兩國之間的一項協議，並自外交部覆照之日起生效。

中華人民共和國外交部向新加坡共和國駐華大使館致意，並謹確認收到大使館二OO八年一月十一日第BEJ/007/2008號照會，內容如下：
‘新加坡共和國駐華大使館向中華人民共和國外交部致意，並謹代表新加坡共和國政府請中華人民共和國政府同意新加坡共和國駐香港總領事館領區擴大至澳門特別行政區。
如蒙外交部代表中華人民共和國政府覆照確認，本照會和外交部覆照將構成兩國之間的一項協議，並自外交部覆照之日起生效。’
中華人民共和國外交部謹代表中華人民共和國政府確認，同意上述照會內容。
