鑒於中央人民政府命令在澳門特別行政區實施聯合國安全理事會有關剛果民主共和國局勢的四月十八日第1596(2005)號決議,該決議公佈於二零零五年十一月三日第四十四期《澳門特別行政區公報》的第二組;
又鑑於經第1533(2004)號決議設立的聯合國安全理事會委員會於二零零五年十一月一日(SC/8546號文件)通過一份受第1596(2005)號決議第13段及第15段規定的措施約束的個人及實體名單;
再鑑於上述安全理事會主管委員會於二零零五年十二月十四日(SC/8590號文件)對有關名單作出更新;
行政長官根據澳門特別行政區第3/1999號法律第六條第一款的規定,命令公佈二零零五年十二月十四日更新的受安全理事會第1596(2005)號決議第13段及第15段規定的措施約束的個人及實體名單的有用部分的英文原文及相應的中、葡文譯本。
